Point-based. There's a point counter in the middle of the scene. large point penalties if you press the wrong button. 
How To Play:

1-Press on the comments that intent bully Khonssu to gain a small number of points. If you press a message that's not making fun of Khonssu or you don't press on one of the messages that bully Khonssu in time, you'll lose a large number of points.

2- The largest box located in the middle of the screen will show graphics that correspond to the smaller graphics 2 boxes below the main one. Match the lower boxes graphic with the one in the larger box to gain a medium amount of points. If you press the wrong one or don't press any at all you'll be punished.
+ If the main box graphic is a game, make sure to press the screen icon below the main box for an extra boost in points.
